This application is taken out by a seafarer for condonation of delay of two months and 22 days in filing affidavit in proof of debt in respect of the claim against GOL Offshore Ltd. (the company in liquidation).

For the reasons assigned in the application and to advance the cause of substantive justice, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (a) and (b). 4.

The delay in filing affidavit in proof of debt stands condoned.
