The learned counsel for the plaintiffs submits that in pursuance of the order dated 18th November 2019, the plaintiffs have taken out a Chamber Order for restoration of the chamber summons which was filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased plaintiff Vandana Ratilal Shah and Arunkumar R. Patadia and also filed interim application to bring on record the legal representatives of the Vandana Ratilal Shah.

List the matter on 20th January 2020 along with Interim Application No. 1 of 2019.
