By this Official Liquidator's Report (OLR), the official liquidator is seeking the following directions : "a) In view of para (12) of this report, whether this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to appoint a panel Valuer to carry out fresh valuation of the immovable and movable assets of the Company (In Liqn) details of which are given at para (6) of this report and also permit the Official Liquidator to pay the valuation charges to the valuer on raising invoice after submitting valuation report out of the Common Pool Fund

bipin prithiani 5-olr-170.23.doc subject to deduction of applicable taxes and the same shall be reimbursed to Common Pool Fund at 9% interest from the credit of the Company (in Liqn)."

This Court is informed that this would be the second exercise of valuation of the movable and immovable assets of the company in liquidation. This is necessitated because the earlier valuation was undertaken during the pre-covid period. 3.

In this backdrop, the aforesaid direction is sought for appointing a panel valuer and for calling a fresh report of valuation.

In view of the above, the OLR is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), quoted above.
