The Appeal was dismissed on a lodging number for nonremoval of office objections. Most of these are related to the illegibility of certain exhibits.

We will allow the Interim Application and restore the Appeal subject to the Appellant's undertaking to make available legible copies. We do not expect that every single document will be required at the time of hearing of the Appeal. Mr Sancheti states that a compilation of legible copies of the relevant documents will be prepared by 12th September 2022. A soft copy will be required to be handed over to the Court Associate on a pen drive. 3.

The Interim Application is disposed of.
