Exparte:- Chetan Nagraj Bafna. ......Judgment Debtor For Directions/Dismissal:- Mr. Shishir Manjrekar, i/b. M/s. Shah Legal, Advocates for the Judgment Creditor.

Mr. Shishir Manjrekar, Advocate for the Judgment Creditor states that on 19th April, 2017 inadvertently he made a statement that "Insolvency Notice No.13 of 2017 had not been served within the stipulated time, from the date of the issuance of the Insolvency Notice". He further added that the Insolvency Notice bearing No. 13 of 2017 issued on 8th February, 2017 and the said notice was served upon the Judgment Debtor through the bailiff, within 30 days viz. on 10th March, 2017.

He further states that a joint Affidavit of service dated 3rd April, 2017 and 13th April, 2017 of Mr. Pravin Kajrekar, a Bailiff working in the office of the Sheriff and Mr. Mahesh Pandey, representative of the Judgment Creditor respectively is already filed in the Registry. In support of his contentions, he also filed his Affidavit dated 9th June, 2017 in the Registry. PER INSOLVENCY REGISTRAR:- In view of the above, the purpose of the Insolvency Notice bearing No.13 of 2017 is over and completed.
