Heard the learned AGP for the applicant and the learned

nmw-518.15 in pil-87.13.sxw counsel appearing for the writ petitioners. In view of the affidavit in support, prayer clause (a) deserves to be granted. Accordingly, we grant time of nine months in terms of prayer clause (a) of the Notice of Motion with effect from 26th November, 2015. We make it clear that no further extension will be granted to the State Government. On failure of the State Government to comply with the directions within the stipulated time, contempt proceedings will be initiated against the State Government.
