It is stated that an interim application has been filed praying for withdrawal of this suit on the grounds which are more particularly set out in the memo of interim application. 2.

Considering the circumstances, it would be appropriate that both the learned Advocates that is the advocate who had initially filed the suit and now the new advocate who has come on record, to take a proper call with the guidance and assistance of Mr.Vashi, Senior Counsel and try to resolve the issues, failing which it would be an unpleasant task for this Court to adjudicate and decide the interim application on hearing the parties.

In the meantime Mr.Wasoodew, learned Counsel for the plaintiffs intends to have certified copy of the proceedings. The same be provided to him on payment of usual costs.
