This application is taken out to amend the cause-title of the plaint so as to bring on record the change brought about by the notifcation dated 2nd January, 2019, entitled, "Amalgamation of Viaya Bank and Dena Bank with Bank of Baroda Scheme", whereunder, the erstwhile Dena Bank, the plaintiff herein, has been merged with Bank of Baroda. 2.

The interim application, thus, stands allowed. 3.

The plaintiff shall carry out the necessary amendments as per the 'Schedule' of the proposed amendment within three weeks from today and serve the amended copy of the plaint on 1/2
