The learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner states that since the Receiver is already appointed and an application under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 has been made, he does not today seek discharge of the Receiver. He seeks to withdraw the application with liberty to apply, if so advised. 2.

Accordingly, reserving liberty to apply, the IA is allowed to be withdrawn.
