After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to submit a detailed representation with supporting documents before respondent no. 2. He submits that the respondent no.2 be directed to consider the same and take appropriate decision on it in accordance with law keeping in view the petitioner's contention that he is similarly placed with the other employees who have been extended the benefit by the Supreme Court.

Learned counsel for respondent no.2 submits that since the petitioner was not party before the Supreme Court, the benefit was not extended in his favour.

Be that as it may, we grant liberty to the petitioner to
hvn 16-wp-158.2017 submit a representation before respondent no.2. On receipt of the same, respondent no.2 shall consider the petitioner's grievance and shall take appropriate decision on it in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

With the aforesaid directions, petition is allowed to be withdrawn.
