reasons mentioned in the report, I grant the prayers in terms of clauses (a) to (f) thereto.

3. The Petitioning Creditor is hereby directed to deposit the sum of Rs.50,000/- with the Official Assignee towards the Valuation Fees. Parelkar & Dallus, Valuer from the Panel of the high Court is hereby appointed as Valuer in the said matter for valuation of property of subject matter and submit the valuation report.

4. The Official Assignee Report stands disposed of.

5. Insofar as the motion taken out by the insolvent is concerned, the Official Assignee shall file its response on or before the next date and serve a copy of the same simultaneously on the insolvent.

6. Adjourned to 30th June 2023.
