a.

Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which read thus:

(a) Applicant be joined as Respondent No.7 to the petition herein.

(b) The Petitioners be granted liberty to carry out necessary amendments in the petition and serve a copy of amended petition along with exhibits upon the Applicant.

Amendment to be carried out on or before 18.01.2020. c.

Interim Application stands disposed of accordingly. d.

The Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the Writ Petition on the added Respondent immediately and file an Affidavit of Service.

e.

Place the Writ Petition on 27.01.2020.
