By my order dated 10th December, 2018, I recorded that both the parties had agreed that Dr. Abhinav Chandrachud, an Advocate of this Court, be appointed as a Sole Arbitrator to decide the disputes and differences between the parties hereto. The matter was kept on board today to enable the Petitioner to file the disclosure statement of the Arbitrator as contemplated under Section 11(8) read with Section 12(2) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
