1. Both the parties are Parsi Zoroastrian. They have sought divorce by mutual consent. The certificate of marriage is dated 13.3.2009 and is issued by the Registrar of Parsi Marriages. Same is annexed at Ex.'A' to the Petition. Parties have arrived at Consent Terms copy of which is annexed to the plaint at Ex.'B'. Neither party has any claim against the other. The Consent Terms record that they have already exchanged each other's belongings.

2. Perused the plaint and the Consent Terms. Both the plaintiffs have filed their affidavits by way of evidence confirming that they have agreed to submit to a decree of divorce by mutual consent dissolving their marriage in terms of the Consent Terms at Ex.'B' to the Petition. Both the parties are present. They confirm having executed the Consent Terms. In the circumstances, I pass the following Order;
(i) Decree in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) (ii) There will be no order as to costs.
