jdk 2 of 2 8.os.pill.110.18.doc Respondent No.2 - Life Insurance Corporation which is taken on record. The counsel for Respondent No. 2 - Life Insurance Corporation on instructions states that Respondent no.2 makes a statement as under:

"I submit that on 25.03.2019, Respondent No.2 sold the secured Non-Convertible Debentures (hereinafter referred to as "NCD") exposure of Rs.2930 Crore in Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd. at a profit. Accordingly, Respondent No.2 now has no exposure in Tata Sons".
