On the background of what had transpired before the Court on the earlier occasion, learned Counsel for the parties today have tendered Consent Minutes of the Order dated 27 June, 2019 recording an interim arrangement pending the arbitral proceedings. The parties have also agreed that the disputes be referred for adjudication by appointing a sole arbitrator and have consented to appoint Mr. Justice R.M. Sawant (Retd) as a sole arbitrator. It is stated that signatories to the Consent Minutes of the Order are present in the Court. Their signatures are also identified by their respective Advocates. There is no dispute on the signatures made on the Consent Minutes of the Order. The Consent Minutes of the Order containing 1 to 47 pages are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
