Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned Company Prosecutor. There is delay of 554 delay in filing the affidavit of proof of debt of the applicant with the Official Liquidator. Delay is explained sufficiently in paragraphs 4 to 6 of the interim application and are accepted. Interim application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
