This Notice of Motion taken out by the Mumbai Municipal Corporation is in relation to 25 vehicles. Today, there is an affidavit filed by Shri Vijay M. Balamwar, the Deputy Municipal Commissioner (Solid Waste Management) of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation. The said affidavit has been filed pursuant to the directions of the Municipal Commissioner. The affidavit seeks

sng nml-864.16 permission to withdraw the Notice of Motion. Accordingly, the Notice of Motion is disposed of as withdrawn. Therefore, it is obvious that 25 vehicles which are subject matter of the Notice of Motion cannot be plied on the road.
