This petition was dismissed by judgment and order dated 24 February 2023 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court (A. S. Chandurkar & M. W. Chandwani, JJ). By the said order the Division Bench had accepted the prayers for continuation of interim reliefs as granted by the Court on 12 October 2022 whereby the same was continued to operate for a period of three weeks from the date of the said order. It is stated by Mr. Singh learned counsel for the petitioner that the order itself was uploaded on 1 March 2023. He submits that the petitioners have already moved the Supreme Kiran Kawre

502--wp-740-2023.doc Court and proceedings are listed before the Supreme Court on 28 March 2023. He accordingly, prays for extension of the protection as granted in paragraph 10 of the Judgment and order dated 24 February 2023.

In the above circumstances, we accept the request as made on behalf of the petitioner. Accordingly the protection granted to the petitioner shall continue to operate for a further period of one week. Ordered accordingly.
