Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner. The programme for preparation of voters' list for bye-election of the vacant posts in the Municipal Corporations has commenced from 8th October, 2015. Hence, no interference is called for at this stage. The Petition be listed on the scheduled date which is 6th January, 2016. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks ad-interim relief. Prayer for ad-interim relief is rejected.
