The Court Receiver's Report is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder :
"(a) Court Receiver be discharged without passing accounts and Plaintiff may be directed to pay costs, charges and expenses of the office of the Court Receiver as per provisional statement prepared by this Registry upon taking inspection ; (b) That the cost of and incidental to the Report be fixed of Rs.3,000/- and the Plaintiff may be directed to deposit the same in the office of Court Receiver".

The representative of the Plaintiff undertakes to pay the dues of the
Nitin 2 / 2 912-CRR-424-2015 Court Receiver including costs, within a period of two weeks from today. The undertaking is accepted. The Report is accordingly disposed of. ( S.J.KATHAWALLA, J. )
