A perusal of the record indicates that inspite of five attempts made by the Official Liquidator, no offers are received. I am in agreement with the submissions made by the Official Liquidator that if any additional attempt is permitted to be made, reserve bid can be mentioned in the bid.

The Official Liquidator's Report is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). It is made clear that the reserved price 1/2
