By the present Interim Application the Applicant/Petitioner seeks a post grant amendment to the succession certificate granted to the petitioner on 27 th April 2018 in respect of certain securities of the petitioner's father one Purnchandra alias Poornachandra Manohar Khopkar (the deceased). 2.

The learned counsel for the Applicant/Petitioner states that the name of the Petitioner has been incorrectly record as "Pradip Purnachandra Khopkar" and thus the same should read as "Pradip Poornachandra Khopkar". He, A.B.Kakde 1/2

9-IA-5380.22.doc therefore seeks amendment to the Succession Certificate granted by this Court. 3.

I have heard learned Counsel for the Applicant/Petitioner and also perused the said Interim Application and I find that the same is in order and deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice. 4.

The Interim Application is accordingly allowed in terms of Prayer Clause (a) and (b) which read as under:- (a) That delay, if any, in taking out this Interim Application be condoned; and (b) that this Hon'ble court be pleased to allow the Petitioner to amend the title of the Petition to the Petition and accordingly order and direct the Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court Bombay to amend the name of the deceased to the Original Grant as per Exh. 'A' is annexed hereto. 5.
