The Official Liquidator seeks to invite the claims of the workers from the respondent company, which is in liquidation. I have heard the learned Official Liquidator and have perused the report. 2.

For the reasons recorded in the report, the Official Liquidator's Report is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (d). The Official Liquidator is directed to convey this order to the State Bank of India for compliance expeditiously.
