Mr.Patil, learned Advocate for the petitioners would fairly state that in view of the decision of the learned Single Judge of this Court in Arbitration Petition no.556 of 2017 with Arbitration Petition no.557 of 2017 dated 18 July 2019, it would be appropriate that the petitioners are granted liberty to withdraw these petitions under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act,1996, with liberty to file a fresh petition as and when the appeal as preferred by the petitioner against the said order passed by the learned Single Judge is decided.
