Heard, learned Counsel for the Execution Applicant. 2.

By this application, the Applicant is seeking amendment of column "J" of the execution application.

It is stated in the application that six properties of Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have come to light upon inquiries being made by the Applicant - Bank. The details are given paragraph nos. 4 and 6 of the application alongwith supporting documents. In that light, amendment is sought as per the schedule given at page no. 32 onwards of the application.

This Court has heard learned Counsel for the Applicant, in the light of the material placed on record in the present application. This Court is satisfied that amendment as prayed can be granted. Shrikant Malani
