By this Interim Application the Applicant/Plaintiff has sought permission to replace the address of respondent Nos.2 to 8 in the cause title of the suit with the new address as mentioned at Annexure B to the Interim Application. 2.

The Applicant has stated that as per information by RAJESHWARI SUBODH KARVE Date:

2023.03.09 10:58:31 +0530 collected by the Applicant, Defendant Nos.2 to 8 are residing at RAJESHWARI SUBODH KARVE the address mentioned in the sub-para (f) of the Interim 1/2

14-IA-2036-19.doc Application. The Applicant has stated that the reason for non service of writ of summons was on account of shifting of Defendant Nos.2 to 8 to the new address.

Having considered the averments in the written statement, the relief sought is required to be granted. Considering that Defendant Nos. 2 to 8 are now residing in the above new address mentioned in the schedule annexed to the Interim Application. The Applicant is permitted to amend the cause title of the suit by substituting the address of Defendant Nos. 2 to 8 with the new address mentioned in the schedule of Exhibit '

D'

. Hence the following order:

i) The Applicant is permitted to amend the cause title of the Suit to replace the addresses of Defendant Nos.2 to 8 with the new addresses mentioned in the schedule annexed at Exhibit "B". The amendment shall be carried out within a period of one week from the date of this order.

The Interim Application is disposed of.
