Heard. The learned counsel for the Applicants, across the Bar, has tendered a copy of the Interim Application for carrying amendment in the appeal.

The learned counsel for the Respondent submits that he has no objection if the amendment is allowed. Hence, following order is passed:

The Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads thus:

Amendment shall be carried out on or before 02.01.2020 with copy to other side.

c.
