The parties have amicably settled the dispute. The counsel tender the consent terms, signed by the Plaintiffs, the partners of the Defendants and the respective advocates, which his taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 2.
The suit is decreed in terms of the consent terms. All undertaking in terms of the consent terms are accepted. 3.
Mr. Shukla identifies the Plaintiffs.

In Commercial Suits except Commercial Suit No.352 of 2016 and Commercial Suit No. 346 of 2016:
The Plaintiffs are not present. Mr. Shukla states that the Plaintiffs have signed the consent terms in his presence and he identifies the signatures.

Ms. Vasonia states that the signatories are not present in the Court and they will remain present in the Court at 11.00 a.m. In the morning.
