Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. The writ petition filed by the applicant has been dismissed under the orders of the Prothonotary and Senior Master for non removal of the office objections in exercise of powers under Rule 986 of the High Court Original Side Rules.

In view of the statements made in the affidavit in support, Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) subject to condition that all office objections in the writ petition will be removed within a period of three weeks from today. If office objections are not removed within stipulated time, the order of
