This report by the Court Receiver is for discharge since the claim amount in the Arbitration Petition is settled. It appears that after settlement of the dispute, the petitioner has failed to take necessary steps for getting the Court Receiver discharged. Ms. Karambar-Mulgaonkar, the learned advocate for the petitioner states that the petitioner consents for discharge of the Court Receiver. Therefore, the Court Receiver is discharged
