The report of the Court Receiver shows that after the order dtd. 23rd September, 2015 was passed by the Court appointing Court Receiver, High Court, Bombay as Receiver of the property in dispute, the petitioner had taken no steps for lodging the order with the Court Receiver and moved the Court Receiver for taking possession of the property within a period of four weeks from the date of the order. This indicates that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing with the interim relief. The Court Receiver is therefore discharged. The Petitioner shall pay costs of the report to the Court Receiver, quantified at Rs.3,000/-.
