This report of the Court Receiver is for his discharge in view of non-lodgment of the order by the petitioner. Ms. Pednekar, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the Court Receiver may be discharged since the account of the respondent is, since regularised. The Court Receiver is therefore discharged without taking accounts. The petitioner however shall pay costs of the Court Receiver quantified at Rs.3,000/- within a period of two weeks from today.
