Perused the Interim Application and the order dated 27 th June, 2019 passed by the Division Bench of this Court (Coram : S.C.Dharmadhikari & G.S.Patel, JJ.). In paragraph 10 of the said order, the Division Bench has given six months time to the Corporation to frame a policy with regard to hoardings put up by the advertisers which disturb the motorists and pedestrians using the roads and with regard to accidents caused due to collapse of the hoardings. The Corporation seeks extension of time for framing of policy. Time granted to the Corporation is extended by three months from SSP 1/2
