Heard respective counsel. Perused impugned communication dated 20th November 2018. The Department has only asked petitioner to get necessary clearance from the Court in which matters against him are pending for obtaining passport. Prima facie, we find that petitioner is presently out of India and stranded there as passport has already expired. He wants to come back and participate in the pending proceedings. SQ Pathan 1/2

wpl.4024.18.15.doc In the situation, without prejudice to contentions raised by petitioner and with liberty to petitioner to approach the Court, in which matters are pending for necessary clearance/no objection, we dispose of present petition.
