The Motion seeks that an order dated 15th September 2015 rejecting the Petition be set aside and that the delay of 15 days and be condoned. For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in Support of the Notice of Motion, the delay is condoned. The order dated 15th September 2015 is restored. The Petition is restored to file. 2.

All objections to be removed on or before 8th July 2016, with no possibility of an extension. In default, the Petition will stand summarily dismissed without further reference to the court and will not be restored thereafter under any circumstances. 21st June 2016
