Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel Mr. Vijay Patil appeared on behalf of the respondent no.1.

Learned counsel Mr. Patil, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's appeal which is at page 31 of the paper-book, will be listed on the mentioning board before the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee (AGRC) which is scheduled to meet on Friday i.e. 3/5/2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner assures that due notice of listing of the appeal before AGRC on Friday i.e. 1/2

Depending on the schedule of the AGRC, the AGRC may decide to list the appeal along with the application for condonation of delay on the scheduled date and in the event the delay is condoned, the appeal be taken up for hearing and decided expeditiously on its own merits and in accordance with law.
