I have considered the affidavit in support and also heard the counsel for the applicant. In view of the submissions made by the counsel for the applicant and for reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support, the order dated 13th October, 2015 is set aside and the suit is restored to file.

The applicant to remove all office objections and get the suit numbered within two weeks from today, failing which the suit will stand dismissed without further reference to the court. Gauri Gaekwad
