I have considered the affidavit in support and also heard the counsel for the applicants. In view of the submissions made by the counsel for the applicants and for reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support, the order dated 20th October, 2015 is set aside and the suit is restored to file.

The applicants to remove all office objections and get the suit numbered within two weeks from today, failing which the suit Gauri Gaekwad
