The Suit is settled. Counsel on both sides are to be thanked for their efforts in bringing about a satisfactory resolution to their dispute.

Consent Terms are tendered. These are signed by one Mr. Suhas Acharya, a Directors of the Plaintiff, and one Mr. Sravan Kumar Reddy Kunchala, the authorised signatory of the Defendant No.1, and also as a Director of Defendant No.2. The Consent Terms are also signed by the Advocates of the parties. Both signatories are present in Court.

I have seen the Consent Terms. They appear to be in order. They are not contrary to law. The Consent Terms are drawn up by 23rd August 2016

905-S-33-2016.DOC the parties of their own volition and reflect the parties' true intentions. Provisions are made in regard to the use and discontinuation of specified marks as also for trade mark registration applications and certain trade marks and logos. A provision is made in clause 10 in regard to the rival domain names. 4.

I take the Consent Terms on record and mark them "X" for identification. I accept the undertakings in the Consent Terms as undertakings to the Court.

The Suit is disposed of in accordance with the Consent Terms. Refund of Court Fees, if any, in accordance with the rules. Drawn up orders or decree dispensed with. Should either of the parties require a drawn up order and decree, they will each be entitled, on production of an authenticated copy of this order, to apply for such a drawn up order / decree, and will not be required to a make a fresh application for that purpose.

The Notice of Motion is infructuous and is disposed of as such.
