CORAM :- S. C. DHARMADHIKARI & G. S. KULKARNI, JJ.

DATED :- APRIL 1, 2016 P.C. :- It is the petitioner State Bank of India who has filed writ petition in this court, but for some reasons, it could not comply with the procedural rules. The reasons that are set out in the affidavit are that the clerk in the office of M/s. Utangale and Company did not attend the registry's office and therefore, on account of his mistake, the petitioner/applicant should not suffer. 2) For these reasons, we set aside the order of the Prothonotary and Senior Master. The notice of motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Now, the office objections shall be removed within a period of four weeks from today.
