The above Guardianship Petition was filed by the nephew of the deceased Smt. Santosh Chandelia and who was the cousin brother of the minors mentioned in the Guardianship Petition. This Guardianship Petition was disposed of by an order dated 7th August, 2003 under which the petitioner was appointed as a guardian of the minors and the petition was allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b), (c), (d) and (e) respectively.
The present Judges Order has been filed in view of the fact that three of the minors namely (1) Miss Reema Omsingh Chandeliya (Mrs Reena w/o Rakesh Sarsar), (2) Miss Pooja Omsingh Chandeliya Pg 1 of 2
2.jo.224.2018.doc (Mrs Pooja w/o Raju Digan) and (3) Miss Deepa Omsingh Chandeliya (Mrs Deepa w/o Ravikumar Kagada) have turned major, and therefore, seek to withdraw the moneys that were deposited in this Court as per the order dated 7th August,2003 and which was for their benefit.
Having heard the learned advocate for the aforesaid applicants, the Judges Order is allowed and signed separately. No order as to costs.
