The Petitioner, who is appearing in person, is seeking reliefs in respect of a shop in the Respondent No.2-Society, the share certificate whereof stood in the name of her deceased father, who died on 9 February 1988. The Petitioner claims to have a share in the said shop. The Petitioner has already filed a suit being Suit No.688 of 2000 in the Court which is stated to be pending. Moreover the dispute is a private dispute. 2.

In the circumstances, we refrain from entertaining the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition shall accordingly stand dismissed in limine. 3.
