The learned counsel for the Petitioners Mr. G S Godbole tenders a compilation of documents wherein the order passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar during pendency of the above Writ Petition post the Petition being adjourned on 30/11/2018 has been annexed. The compilation also comprises of the order of the Deputy Registrar, MHADA directing the authorized officer not to attend the meeting on 02/12/2018. This is notwithstanding the fact that such a relief was denied to the Respondent No.3 which is implicit in the denial of prayer clause (b) of the Appeal filed by the Respondent No.3. The compilation also comprises of the minutes of the meeting held on 02/12/2018 without the meeting being attended by the authorized officer. In view of the aforesaid development it is not necessary for us to lgc
(29) wpst-4034.18.doc keep the above Writ Petition pending as the parties would be at liberty to approach the appropriate fora in respect of the grievance that they have as regards the orders passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, the Deputy Registrar or against the holding of the meeting on 02/12/2018. We express no opinion in that regard. The contentions of the parties are kept open for being urged at the appropriate time in appropriate proceedings.
