At the outset, Shri Ankhad appearing for petitioner tenders draft amendment to amend the cause title in the company petition and the contempt petition in view of change of name of petitioner. The draft amendment is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The amendment to be carried out forthwith. Re-verification dispensed with. Mr. Shinde and Mr. Ankhad state that the persons who have signed the consent terms for petitioner and respondents are present in Court and identify them.

Order in terms of the consent terms. All undertakings accepted. The counsel for petitioner states that the petition came to be admitted by a self-operative order but was never advertised. Therefore, withdrawal/disposal of the petition need not be advertised. Company Petition stands disposed accordingly. Since parties have filed consent terms in the main company petition and the petition itself is disposed, the contempt petition also stands disposed.
