Mr.Dhumatkar appearing for the legal heirs of defendant nos.1 and 4 has no objection. Therefore, chamber summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause-(a). Amendment to be carried out and amended plaint to be served within three weeks from today. The newly added defendants viz. defendant nos.1A and 1B, should they wish to file written statement, the same to be filed within three weeks of receiving the amended plaint. Chamber summons accordingly disposed.
