This is a Parsi Suit seeking decree of divorce by mutual consent. The Plaintiff Nos.1 and 2 have tendered Consent Terms signed by the Plaintiff Nos.1 and 2 and their respective counsel. The parties who are present in court confirm having executed the Consent Terms after having read, understood and agreed to the terms including the undertakings contained therein. They have inter alia agreed that the custody of the minor daughter will be permanently with the Plaintiff No.2. In the circumstances and upon consent of the parties I pass the following Order ; (i) there will be a decree in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) and in Shivgan

(ii) Undertakings contained in the Consent terms are accepted (iii) There will be no Order as to costs.
