Having heard, learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition, by directing respondent No.3 Administrative Officer, Property Department, G North Ward, Mumbai Municipal Corporation, to decide petitioner's representation dated 27.2,.2015 copy of which is annexed as Exhibit I(page No.40), as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Ordered accordingly.
