Mr. Kamod tenders a draft amendment. It is taken on record and marked "X1" for identification. This involves the deletion of the existing 2nd Defendant and its substitution by a new Defendant, one Prakash Gramudyog Samiti. Further consequential amendments are also sought.

Leave to amend in terms of the draft handed in. Amendment to be carried out on or before 5th August 2016. 29th July 2016

The Suit is settled. Consent Terms are drawn up. These are signed on behalf of the two Plaintiffs and by one Mr. P. A. Kharwadkar, authorised signatory of the 2nd Defendant and Managing Director of the 1st Defendant. The parties' Advocates have also signed the Consent Terms.

Annexed to the Consent Terms is a Settlement Agreement. This forms part of the overall settlement between the parties. The Consent Terms with their annexure are is taken on record and marked "X2" for identification, since I am satisfied that these are not contrary to law, have been arrived at by parties of their own volition and reflect their true intention. The undertakings in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings to the Court. 6.

Ms. Bhatia undertakes to file her vakalatnama on or before 5th August 2016.

The Suit is disposed of in accordance with the Consent Terms. Drawn up decree is dispensed with. Refund of Court fees, if any, in accordance with the Rules.

All interlocutory proceedings does not survive and are infructuous. They are also disposed of accordingly. 9.
