By this notice of motion the applicant seeks extension of time to file the written statement before the learned arbitrator. By an order dated 29th April, 2015 passed by this Court in Arbitration Petition No.1538 of 2014, the applicant herein was directed to file the written statement before the learned arbitrator within four weeks from the date of the said order. The applicant however, could not file the written statement before the learned arbitrator within the time 1/2

10-nms40-16 prescribed in the said order. The learned arbitrator has directed the applicant to apply for extension of time before this Court for filing the written statement.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection if time to file the written statement is extended. The time to file the written statement is extended by two weeks from today and a copy thereof shall be served upon the respondent's advocate simultaneously. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted.

The learned arbitrator shall make an endeavor to dispose of the arbitration proceedings within six months from the date of the applicant filing the written statement before the learned arbitrator. 4.

The notice of motion is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
